Raised in Bellaire, Texas attended Sam Houston University and graduated from University of Texas, at Tyler, Texas.

Many mornings I bike ride along Plano’s park trails, taking time to photograph nature, and collecting materials for future artistic studies. Several times a year we head out either on a 3 or 4 thousand road trip or to a foreign land, documenting our planet for further studies.

I use a Canon Digital Rebel SLR with a Image Stabilizing (IS) 100-400L Telephoto lens.

My work has been exhibited in art festivals both regionally and nationally. It has been sold at numerous Nature Gift stores including; Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center ( Austin, Texas) and Heard Museum McKinney, Texas) and The Dallas Arboretum.

I am a member of Plano Art Association, and the Richardson Civic Art Society.

Currently reside in Plano, Texas with hubby, John and a large Red Bone Coonhound, Allie.
